A wife, proud mother of two, and a blessed grandmother. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., I purchased my first home at just 23 years old, and that’s when my passion for real estate truly began. In 2007, I moved to Raleigh, NC, and quickly discovered that investing in property was not just exciting, it was the key to building generational wealth.

After working with one of the top real estate firms in the country, I knew I wanted to offer something more, a personal, relationship-driven approach to real estate without the boundaries and red tape. That’s why I founded Kim Burke-Smith Real Estate & Investments—a brokerage designed to celebrate those who buy, sell, and invest in real estate because I see it as a true blessing from God.

Beyond real estate, I am passionate about educating my clients. I believe that understanding the process makes the experience even more exciting, whether you’re buying, selling, or investing. Knowledge is power, and I want my clients to feel confident and empowered every step of the way.

Education has always been at the heart of what I do. In 2007, I founded The Burke Learning Center to help bridge the gap from the classroom to the kitchen table. My belief is simple: the more you know, the more you'll grow, whether you’re one of my BURKE clients or one of my real estate clients, you will always feel the love!
